Funding Circle Holdings plc has recently bought back 150,000 of its own shares for cancellation, with the highest price per share at 86.00p and the lowest at 84.20p. This repurchase is a part of the previously announced buy-back program dated 7 March 2024. Following the share cancellation, the company’s issued share capital will be reduced to 350,000,159 ordinary shares.
