Funding Circle Holdings plc has recently executed a share buy-back, purchasing 189,617 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation. The shares were bought at prices ranging from 46.30p to 46.80p, with a volume-weighted average price of 46.6693p. Post-cancellation, the company’s total issued share capital will be reduced to 356,421,258 ordinary shares.
