Funding Circle Holdings plc has recently completed the purchase of 103,634 of its own ordinary shares, with plans to cancel them, affecting the total issued share capital. The shares were bought at prices ranging from 104.50p to 105.00p per share, with an average of 104.8567p, as part of a buy-back program announced earlier this year. This transaction will subsequently reduce the number of shares with voting rights, which shareholders should note for their interest notifications.
