FOXO Technologies Risks NYSE Delisting Over Unpaid Fees

FOXO Technologies (FOXO) just unveiled an announcement.

FOXO Technologies Inc. has been notified by the NYSE that it’s out of compliance with listing standards due to unpaid fees, risking delisting. The company, which has until June 17 to address the issue, plans to submit a compliance plan with the aim of resolving the outstanding fees and regaining compliance. Despite efforts to remedy the situation, there is no guarantee that FOXO Technologies will meet the NYSE’s continued listing standards.
