Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd. has announced their Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting for shareholders, scheduled for August 26, 2024, at their Ness Ziona offices in Israel. The meeting agenda includes key proposals such as reappointing the company’s independent auditor, reelecting board members, approving executive compensation, and a reverse share split, among others. Shareholders are encouraged to vote in favor of the board’s recommendations, with options to vote in person, by proxy, or electronically for certain shareholders.
