Ajei S. Gopal has been appointed to Fiserv, Inc.’s board of directors and will contribute to the risk and nominating and corporate governance committees. Recognized as independent under NYSE and Exchange Act rules, Gopal brings a wealth of leadership experience from his tenure as CEO of ANSYS, Inc., and executive roles at notable tech firms like Hewlett Packard and Symantec. He will receive standard non-employee director compensation and is set to join under the existing indemnity agreement framework.
