Fintel PLC, a front-runner in fintech and support services for the UK’s retail financial sector, has awarded growth shares to General Counsel and Company Secretary Russell Naglis as part of its growth share plan. This move follows the same award terms as the 2023 Awards, signifying Fintel’s ongoing commitment to incentivize its management team. The transaction, which involved B, C, and D growth shares, was executed outside of a trading venue on May 20, 2024.
