Fintel PLC has announced the issuance of 7,159 new ordinary shares to meet obligations under its Save as You Earn 2021 scheme, with the shares set to start trading on AIM on 23 July 2024. This move will bring the company’s total issued share capital to 104,169,214 ordinary shares, with no shares held in treasury. Shareholders are advised to use this new total as the denominator for any calculations related to changes in their holdings as per the FCA’s rules.
