European Wax Center (EWCZ) has shared an announcement.
Shaw Joseph stepped down from the Board of Directors of European Wax Center, Inc. with no disagreement cited, and was promptly replaced by Julia Hunter on August 1, 2024. Julia Hunter will serve as a Class I director until the 2025 annual meeting and has joined the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. She will receive a mix of cash and stock compensation, including an annual cash retainer and restricted stock units, under the terms used for other directors. Her appointment was publicly announced, with the assurance that no conflicts of interest exist between her and the company.
