EuroDry (EDRY) has released an update.
EuroDry Ltd. is set to hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on July 16, 2024, where key proposals will be voted upon, including the election of one Class A Director and the approval of Deloitte as independent auditors for the upcoming fiscal year. Shareholders can access meeting materials and the annual report online, with hard copies available upon request. Although attendance in person is welcomed, shareholders are urged to vote by proxy to ensure their participation.
