EuroDry (EDRY) has released an update.
EuroDry Ltd. has announced a significant expansion of its fleet with the signing of a contract for two eco-friendly 63,500 DWT Ultramax bulk carriers. The $71.8 million investment, to be financed through a mix of debt and equity, underscores the company’s commitment to modernizing its fleet and enhancing shareholder value. These new additions are expected to solidify EuroDry’s position in the Supra/Ultramax segment upon their delivery in 2027.
