Essentra Completes Share Buyback and Cancellation

Essentra (GB:ESNT) has released an update.

Essentra plc has recently bought back 50,000 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 150.6000 to 151.8000 GBp per share, as part of its previously announced buyback programme. The company plans to cancel these shares, which will result in a total of 287,343,244 ordinary shares remaining in issue. This move is part of Essentra’s strategy to manage its share capital and will affect the voting rights calculations for shareholders.
