Ercros SA (ES:ECR) has released an update.
Ercros S.A. has announced the approval of a cash dividend amounting to 9.6 euro cents gross per share for the year 2023, to be distributed on July 10th, 2024, with shareholders on record by July 9th eligible to receive it. Banco Santander, S.A. will act as the payment agent for the dividend distribution.
