Esseco Industrial S.p.A. has received authorization from the Spanish Council of Ministers for a direct foreign investment in Ercros S.A., following a favorable report from the Foreign Investments Board. This approval is a crucial step in Esseco’s voluntary public offer to acquire Ercros, satisfying one of the key conditions mentioned in the offer. Furthermore, other conditions related to French and European Commission authorizations have lapsed as they were deemed not necessary.
