EQTEC plc, a leader in waste-to-value energy solutions, has amended its Subscription Letter with Verde Corporation, extending the deadline to receive funds by 16 May 2024. The company’s financial stability is supported by a £3 million funding facility, with significant shareholders converting debt into equity and a moratorium on conversion by lenders until end of June 2024. EQTEC anticipates a future announcement to confirm the admission date for the Subscription completion.
