EQTEC plc, a leader in waste-to-value energy solutions, is in the final stages of completing a settlement agreement with Logik Developments, which hinges on the sale of a property in Deeside Industrial Park. The company anticipates receiving £2 million upon the sale, expected to finalize by mid-August 2024, subject to the satisfaction of remaining conditions. A further update will be provided once the sale’s long stop date is confirmed.
