Eni SPA (E) has released an update.
Eni S.p.A. has reported the acquisition of 3,933,693 treasury shares, amounting to 0.12% of the share capital, at an average price of 14.6167 euros per share between July 29 and August 2, 2024. The total investment for these shares reached 57,497,651.17 euros. This purchase is part of the second tranche of the treasury shares program, intended to provide additional remuneration to shareholders beyond dividends.
