Endeavour Group Limited has reported a change in Director Joanne Elizabeth Pollard’s interests, including an acquisition of 4,836 Non-executive Director Equity Plan Share Rights valued at $25,002.12. This change, which occurred on August 30, 2024, reflects Pollard’s indirect interest through the trustee company Pacific Custodians for the Endeavour Group Employee Equity Plan Trust, further solidifying her stake in the company.
