Element79 Gold Corp. (TSE:ELEM) has released an update.
Element79 Gold Corp has successfully renegotiated the terms of its upcoming payment for the Lucero project with Condor Resources Inc., paying part in cash and part in company units, with the remainder due upon the sale of their Maverick Springs project. The company continues to focus on the Lucero project in Peru, with a view to restarting production soon, and is also advancing the sale of certain Nevada properties. CEO James Tworek expresses gratitude for Condor’s support and anticipates a productive mining season at Lucero.
