Element79 Gold Corp. (TSE:ELEM) has released an update.
Element79 Gold Corp. is seeking to raise $250,000 through a non-brokered private placement at $0.23 per unit to fund its gold and silver mining activities in Peru and for general working capital. The units include a common share and a warrant, with the latter being exercisable at $0.35 for the next four years. Proceeds will support mineral lease fees, community relations, exploration, and contractual work in Peru.
