Element79 Gold Corp. (TSE:ELEM) has released an update.
Element79 Gold Corp. is aiming to raise $400,000 through a non-brokered private placement at $0.23 per unit to finance its operations in Peru and legal costs associated with the sale of its Maverick Springs Project. The units consist of one common share and a warrant exercisable at $0.35 for a two-year period. The funding will support community relations, contractual, exploration, and general company expenses, with all securities subject to a four-month hold period and Canadian Securities Exchange approval.
