ECR Minerals PLC, a gold exploration and development company, has announced its total number of voting shares, standing at 1,892,760,911 ordinary shares, as it focuses on its Australian gold projects. The company does not hold any shares in treasury, which means the total number of shares corresponds directly to voting rights. ECR’s Australian projects include the wholly owned Bailieston and Creswick in Victoria, exploration ventures in Queensland, and it retains potential royalty streams from previously sold projects.
