ECR Minerals (GB:ECR) has released an update.

ECR Minerals PLC, an exploration and development company focusing on gold in Australia, reports its total issued share capital as 1,892,760,911 ordinary shares with equal voting rights and no shares held in treasury. Shareholders can use this figure as a baseline to report changes in their holdings as per the UK’s financial regulations. In addition to its Australian gold projects, ECR also retains interests through royalties and future payment rights on sold projects, as well as significant unutilised tax losses from previous operations.
