ECIT AS (DE:3CZ) has released an update.
Olympus BidCo AS extends its voluntary offer to acquire all outstanding B- and C-class shares of ECIT AS until 16 October 2024, giving shareholders additional time to consider the offer after satisfying minimum acceptance and regulatory approval conditions. The settlement date will be postponed accordingly, with no further extensions planned. Full offer details remain available in the Offer Document on ECIT’s and ABG Sundal Collier’s websites.
