E-Power Resources Launches Private Fundraising

E-Power Resources, Inc. (TSE:EPR) has released an update.

E-Power Resources Inc. is set to raise $550,000 through a private placement of up to 7,857,143 units at $0.07 each, which includes a common share and half a warrant, exercisable at $0.15 for 60 months. The funding aims to bolster the company’s working capital and is slated to close by March 22, 2024, pending regulatory approval and without U.S. registration. E-Power Resources, primarily engaged in graphite exploration in Quebec, offers this placement to selected investors under specific exemptions.
