E-Power Resources Closes Successful Private Placement

E-Power Resources, Inc. (TSE:EPR) has released an update.

E-Power Resources Inc. successfully closed a flow-through private placement, raising $149,000 through the issuance of 1,862,500 units at $0.08 per unit. The funds will be allocated to Canadian exploration expenses at their Tetepisca Graphite Property in Quebec, benefiting subscribers with eligible tax deductions.
