E-Power Partners with Volt Carbon for Exploration

E-Power Resources, Inc. (TSE:EPR) has released an update.

E-Power Resources Inc. has commenced its collaboration with Volt Carbon Technologies by issuing the first tranche of 1,600,000 shares, with further shares to be issued upon exploration investment milestones on the Tetepisca Property. The partnership, which aims to avoid raising capital from the markets, includes a potential 5% interest acquisition by Volt Carbon. The company has an ambitious exploration and development plan for 2024, including bulk sampling, drilling, and surveys on their Quebec graphite property.
