e.l.f. Beauty Board Changes: Wolford Steps Down, Ferreras Steps Up

e.l.f. Beauty (ELF) just unveiled an update.

After a decade of service, Richard Wolford has decided not to seek re-election and will step down from e.l.f. Beauty, Inc.’s Board at the 2024 Annual Meeting, marking the end of his term. His departure is amicable and not due to disagreements with the company’s operations or policies. In his place, Maria Ferreras, with a strong background from Netflix and Google, has been appointed to the Board and will be up for election at the same meeting. Ferreras brings extensive experience in global business development and will receive the same compensation as her fellow non-employee directors.
