Downer EDI Director’s Securities Update

Downer EDI Limited (AU:DOW) has released an update.

Downer EDI Limited has notified the ASX of a change in Director Peter John Tompkins’ interest in the company, with an acquisition and disposal of securities. Tompkins now holds a direct interest in 122,771 ordinary shares and an indirect interest through performance rights and shares in a trust amounting to over a million potential shares. This change comes after the vesting of performance rights from the 2021 Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plan and affects the overall holdings of company securities by the director.
