Downer EDI Limited’s subsidiary, Spotless Facility Services, and Ventia Australia, along with four senior executives, are facing legal action from the ACCC for alleged price fixing in services provided to Australian Defence bases. The allegations suggest that both companies engaged in cartel conduct, potentially harming taxpayers and breaching competition laws.
