Dongfang Electric Declares Final 2023 Dividend

Dongfang Electric (HK:1072) has released an update.

Dongfang Electric Corporation Limited has announced a final dividend of RMB 4.75 per 10 shares for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, with an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.097093, resulting in a payment of HKD 5.21119 per 10 shares. Shareholders, depending on their residency and applicable tax treaties, will be subject to a withholding tax of either 10% or 20% on these dividends, with the payment date set for July 26, 2024.
