Diversified Energy Company PLC has conducted a share buyback, purchasing 3,750 shares at 1,061 pence each, which will be subsequently cancelled, reducing the number of shares in issue to 47,312,679. This move is part of a previously announced buyback program aimed at generating shareholder value. The cancellation of shares may affect shareholders’ notification requirements under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
