Diversified Energy Company PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 3,750 shares at a volume-weighted average price of 1,166 pence each, which will subsequently be cancelled. Following this transaction, the total number of shares in issue for the company will be 47,267,679. The buyback is part of a previously announced program aimed at returning value to shareholders and is a sign of the company’s financial strength and commitment to capital management.
