Darktrace PLC has disclosed transactions by Chair Gordon Hurst and Person Closely Associated Nicola Hurst involving the sale and purchase of ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange, with no change in their aggregate shareholding. The transactions were executed in British Pounds and occurred on various dates in July 2021 and 2022, reflecting active trading by the company’s insiders.
