Darktrace (GB:DARK) has released an update.
Darktrace PLC reported that JPMorgan Chase & Co. has crossed a notable threshold of voting rights, holding a combined total of 6.073911% following recent acquisitions. This includes both direct voting rights and financial instruments, with the latter mainly comprising various cash-settled equity swaps. The notification came after JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s controlled undertakings reached the specified voting rights percentage on July 19, 2024.
