Darktrace Plc (GB:DARK) has released an update.
Darktrace PLC has disclosed the acquisition of shares by two key executives in line with their FY2023 bonus plan. CEO Poppy Gustafsson received 21,549 shares, while CFO Catherine Graham received 17,012 shares, both transactions executed on the London Stock Exchange. The shares were bought as part of their deferred bonuses and represent a third of their respective total bonuses for the fiscal year.
