Quilter (GB:QLT) has released an update.
Quilter PLC has announced that Coronation Fund Managers, based in Cape Town, South Africa, has increased its voting rights in the company, crossing the threshold on May 30, 2024. The fund manager now holds 23.025612% of the voting rights, amounting to a total of 323,303,888 voting rights in Quilter PLC. The notification was completed on June 3, 2024, marking a slight increase from the previous notification.
