Quilter plc has disclosed that Chris Samuel, a Non-executive Director at the firm, has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 581 ordinary shares via a dividend reinvestment plan, at a price of £1.181 each. This transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange and is part of the company’s ongoing financial dealings.
