Cordlife Group Limited has announced significant administrative changes, including the resignation of Ms. Low Mei Wan as Company Secretary and the appointment of Ms. Sharon Lim Siew Choo and Ms. Goh Xun Er as her successors, effective 23 May 2024. Additionally, the company has appointed a new Share Registrar, In.Corp Corporate Services Pte. Ltd., leading to a change in the location of the Register of Members and Index.
