Cordlife Group Limited has issued a corrigendum to correct inaccuracies in their earlier announcement regarding the appointment of Dato’ Dr Teo Tong Kooi as an Independent Director. The update clarifies that Dato’ Dr Teo does have past experience as a director of other listed issuers, contrary to the initial statement. Other details from the original announcement remain unchanged.
