Dato’ Dr. Teo has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board and will also chair the Nominating and Remuneration Committees, while Mr. Cai Yong will chair the Audit and Risk Committee, reflecting the company’s commitment to strong governance and expertise. These appointments, effective from May 23, 2024, align with the company’s adherence to the Singapore Exchange’s Listing Manual and corporate governance standards.
