Constellation Software’s Modaxo has successfully acquired the Curbside Management and Public Safety businesses from Conduent Incorporated, expanding its portfolio in the public transportation and safety sectors with the newly rebranded Trellint and Elovate. This strategic move enhances Modaxo’s offerings in parking and traffic management solutions, signaling growth in its People Transportation Division.
