Computacenter plc successfully passed all resolutions during their Annual General Meeting on May 14, 2024, with overwhelming shareholder support for items ranging from the approval of financial reports to the re-election of directors. Notably, the resolutions included ordinary resolutions, the approval of a final dividend, and special resolutions such as the disapplication of pre-emption rights.
