Computacenter plc has confirmed that Dr. Ros Rivaz will step down from her role as Senior Independent Director on September 30, 2024, as previously indicated in the company’s April announcement. The Chair of Computacenter, Pauline Campbell, expressed gratitude for Rivaz’s substantial contributions during her tenure. The departure aligns with the company’s governance ahead of the 2025 AGM.
