Computacenter (GB:CCC) has released an update.
Computacenter PLC has actively pursued its Share Buy-back Programme by purchasing 84,961 of its own ordinary shares on August 14, 2024, through J.P. Morgan Securities plc, at an average price of 2630.1002 pence each. The company has since the announcement of the programme on July 26, 2024, acquired a total of 984,061 shares, and now holds 9,530,922 of its shares in treasury. The shares were traded on the London Stock Exchange and BATS, with the intention for the company to hold the purchased shares in treasury.
