Computacenter (GB:CCC) has released an update.
Computacenter PLC has actively purchased 87,100 of its own ordinary shares on August 15, 2024, as part of its Share Buy-back Programme announced on July 26. The shares were acquired at a volume weighted average price of 2660.3327 pence per share, and the company plans to hold these shares in treasury. After this transaction, Computacenter now holds over 9.6 million shares in treasury, reducing the number of shares in circulation.
