Computacenter (GB:CCC) has released an update.
Computacenter PLC has reported the purchase of 142,905 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of 2548.6708 pence per share on 19 September 2024, as part of its Share Buy-back Programme initiated on 26 July 2024. The shares will be held in treasury, bringing the total number of treasury shares to 10,158,296. The company’s total issued share count, excluding those held in treasury, now stands at 110,529,674.
