Computacenter (GB:CCC) has released an update.
Computacenter plc has successfully executed a share buy-back program, purchasing 151,053 ordinary shares at a volume weighted average price of 2480.3776 pence each through J.P. Morgan Securities plc. These shares are to be held in treasury, with the company now holding 10,594,619 shares in treasury, reducing the ordinary shares in issue to 110,093,351 (excluding treasury shares). This move follows the announcement of the share buy-back program details on 26 July 2024, as part of Computacenter’s ongoing capital management strategy.
