Compass (GB:CPG) has released an update.
Compass Group PLC has announced that as of May 31, 2024, their issued share capital includes 1,785,403,977 ordinary shares, with 1,702,321,272 shares actively traded and 83,082,705 held in treasury. The total number of voting rights equals the number of shares admitted to trading, as voting rights of treasury shares are suspended. Additionally, Compass supports a level 1 American Depositary Receipt Programme, where shares are also traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
