Compass Group PLC reported on May 1, 2024, that its issued share capital comprises 1,785,403,977 ordinary shares, with 1,702,738,189 shares currently admitted to trading and the remainder held in treasury. The total number of voting rights stands at 1,702,738,189 as treasury shares do not carry voting rights. The company also maintains a level 1 American Depositary Receipt Programme, which is included in the total voting rights.
